一、產(chǎn)品簡介

 為滿足復(fù)雜地質(zhì)條件下各種井型的深井、超深井鉆探的需要,硅谷研究院研發(fā)了新一代硅氟抗高溫、抗復(fù)合鹽降粘劑SF260-Ⅲ。該產(chǎn)品不僅保持了SF260的特性,且在抑制泥頁巖水化能力、提高鉆井液的造壁功能、抗高溫老化性能和抗巖鹽、鹽膏層污染能力等方面得到明顯加強(qiáng),大大簡化超深井鉆井液配方組成且性能穩(wěn)定、井下安全。本產(chǎn)品具有良好環(huán)境保護(hù)能力,沒毒、無污染,尤其適用于海洋油田。

本產(chǎn)品包裝于鐵桶內(nèi),每桶凈重250(±1%kg,也可根據(jù)客戶要求確定包裝

本品不燃、不爆、沒毒、無害,按非危險品運輸管理。

五、儲存

產(chǎn)品儲存溫度-40ºC+40ºC,在儲存過程中應(yīng)注意防泄漏、防凍。

The product not only maintains the characteristics of sf260, but also has been significantly enhanced in inhibiting shale hydration, improving the wall building function of drilling fluid, high temperature aging resistance, rock salt and salt gypsum layer pollution resistance, greatly simplifying the composition of drilling fluid for ultra deep wells, with stable performance and downhole safety. It is unique at home and abroad. It shows super viscosity reduction and stability under complex conditions such as ultra-high temperature and high density (more than 2.3g / cm3), and can extend the mud stability period by 3-5 times. It is conducive to improving the drilling efficiency and benefit of deep and ultra deep wells, and realizing the purpose of rapid and safe drilling. This product has good environmental protection ability, non-toxic, pollution-free, especially suitable for offshore oil fields.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage

The product is packed in iron drum with net weight of 250 (± 1%) kg. The packing can also be determined according to customer's requirements

This product is non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic and harmless, and is managed as non dangerous goods transportation.

The storage temperature of the product is - 40 ° C to + 40 ° C. attention should be paid to anti leakage and anti freezing during storage.
